Reaper DAW does not come with any built-in plugins as it is designed to be highly extensible and compatible with a wide variety of third-party plugins.
However, it does come with a few built-in effects and tools that can be used for recording, editing, and mixing audio. These include:
- ReaEQ: a parametric equalizer
- ReaComp: a compressor
- ReaXcomp: a multi-band compressor
- ReaVerb: a reverb effect
- ReaDelay: a delay effect
- ReaPitch: a pitch-shifting effect
- ReaSurround: a surround sound panning and encoding tool
- ReaXpand: a stereo expander
It also includes a built-in MIDI editor, and a comprehensive routing matrix that can be used to route audio and MIDI tracks.
Reaper also supports VST, VST3, AU, DX, and JS effects and instruments, so you can use third party plugins with it.
